1940. Manufactured by Acme Wringers Glascow. A metal clothes wringer with side hand crank and 2 rollers that could be attached by screw clamps to a wash trough or washing machine for removing excess water from washing.

c1950. A hand operated machine which used plates that contained client names and addresses. The plates were loaded into the addressograph machine which imprinted envelopes to be posted to clients. Used until mid 70's until photocopying and computers made them redundant.
